Encompassed by mountains, 1 hectare land is divided into 16 equal parts and each area is allocated to two story house. All the houses have a view on Tbilisi and are only separated from each other by see through fences of vertical metal slabs. Choice of materials for the exteriors was inspired by the surroundings and the desire for the houses to feel like an extension of nature: stones cover the surface of the first floor walls, second floor is folded in whiteness and the roof is covered with grass.
Residents have a shared infinity pool, a cafe and a yard for the kids.
